The present invention relates to a high strength panel using a basalt cotton sheet and a basalt textile fabric and a method for manufacturing the same comprising a basalt concavo-convex cotton sheet compressed to have a cross section with a concavo-convex structure; upper and lower basalt textile fabrics respectively bonded to the upper and lower sides of the basalt concavo-convex cotton sheet using cement paste; and basalt lateral members bonded to the front, rear, right, and left sides of the upper and lower basalt textile fabrics.
