The present invention relates to an apparatus to measure a slag viscosity of a carbon used in a gasification plant, and includes: a heating furnace prepared on an inner top side of a case divided into a plurality of spaces on the inside; a discharging member installed on the bottom of the heating furnace, while penetrating, to discharge slag inside the heating furnace to the outside bottom; a slag collecting member to collect the slag discharged from the discharging member; and a weight measurement instrument prepared on the slag collecting member to check the weight of the collected slag. By checking the weight of the slag discharged at a predetermined unit of time, the slag viscosity of the target carbon can be simply measured on the site.
