<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerated tissue with no material acting as a factor to immune-ejection or inflammatory reaction even in an applied portion. <P>SOLUTION: A cell of an objective living organism itself, or a cell of same kind not generating rejection to the living organism is cultivated using an extracellular matrix porous scaffolding material derived from the cell of the objective living organism itself, or the same kind of cell not generating the immune-rejection or inflammatory reaction to the living organism, so as to regenerate the objective living organism tissue not generating the immune-rejection or inflammatory reaction to the objective living organism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
