PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of completing a demonstration travel as for a travel route of a section specially requiring a guide for a user while a vehicle is stopped. SOLUTION: A navigation device 1 includes: a travel route specification part 61 for specifying a travel route of a vehicle; a current position specification part 62 for specifying a current position of the vehicle; a residual stopping time estimation part 63 for estimating the residual stopping time till the vehicle starts the travel in the vehicle stopping period at a predetermined stop spot on the travel route; a section specification part 64 for specifying a guide objective section in the travel route specified by the travel route specification part 61, based on the current position of the vehicle specified by the current position specification part 62 and the residual stopping time estimated by the residual stopping time estimation part; and a guide control part 65 for performing control for guiding, within the residual stopping time, a virtually traveling status of the vehicle along the travel route of the section specified by the section specification part 64.
