A light emitting device according to an embodiment comprises a first lead frame having a first bonding area; a second lead frame which is separated from the first lead frame and has a second bonding area; a first body which has an open area in which the first and second bonding areas of the first and second lead frames are opened, and is arranged on the circumference of the top of the first and second lead frames and is combined to the first and second lead frames; a second body which has a first opening corresponding to the open area and is arranged on the first body; a light emitting chip which is arranged on the second bonding area of the second lead frame; and a transparent resin layer which is arranged on the open unit of the first body and on the opening of the second body and surrounds the light emitting chip. The first body includes a material having higher reflection rate than that of the second body. The first body comprises an inclined inner side unit having lower height than the thickness of the light emitting chip on the circumference of the open area. A first hole having a wide area than a bottom area of the light emitting chip is formed under the inner side unit of the first body.
