The present invention relates to a double current generating station structure with multi-level frames of water turbines using tidal and wave and, more specifically, to an ocean energy power plant, wherein double current water turbines are arranged in multi stages on a water turbine track between a water turbine base and a mean sea level or a high water ordinary mean tide such that the double current water turbines, where a water turbine shaft is rotatably fixed to a water turbine frame, can be received in a water turbine housing having an inlet port and an outlet port in an upper water channel and a lower water channel which are divided by a pier and a middle base, an overtopping slope formed by a refractive floodgate is arranged on an upper end of the double current water turbine, floodgates are arranged in the lower water channel, and a water storage floodgate with an outer door is arranged in a reservoir side in the upper water channel, in order to use wave inhibiting tidal power generation as generating electrical energy. The ocean energy power plant can generate electricity in a double current type while securing drained water for power generation or a water input generation head using tide and wave in the lower water channel, and can absorb the impact of waves while increasing an amount of generated electricity using wave power generation merging a movable object type and a wave overtopping current type in the upper water channel, thereby utilizing depth of water to the maximum, and securing a higher pool level than the open sea without a separate dedicated floodgate in case that a reservoir is made by an embankment with wave overtopping water channels arranged to be distributed between double current water turbine generating stations. |
