An apparatus for increasing the stiffness of a blade and a wind generator which includes the apparatus are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for increasing the stiffness of the blade includes: an air tube which is disposed in the blade and increases stiffness of the blade; an air compressor which provides compressed air to the air tube; a deflection measuring device which measures how much a blade is deflected; and a controller which makes the compressed air be provided to the air tube when a value measured by the deflection measuring device reaches to a threshold value.
