<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anα-aminophosphoric acid compound having a tetra-substituted asymmetric carbon to be synthesized from ketimines and a phosphorous acid ester. <P>SOLUTION: Theα-aminophosphoric acid compound having the tetra-substituted asymmetric carbon is produced by reacting the ketimine represented by chemical formula 1 with the phosphorous acid having a hydroxy group in the presence of a catalyst and a base. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>is arenesulfonyl such as 2,4,6-trimethylbenzenesulfonyl; R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are each alkyl or aryl.
