The feedthrough (1) has a feedthrough case (2) inserted into a through hole and to receive a wire. A cladding (3) is arranged at an outer side of the feedthrough case to define a filling volume (8). A suction unit (7) is formed in the feedthrough case, where a flowable filling substance i.e. liquid, is filled in the filling volume over the suction unit. A tube element (4) is arranged in the feedthrough case and defines a feed channel (10) through which the filling volume is supplied with the filling substance. The feed channel is arranged within the tube element. An independent claim is also included for a method for sealably fastening a wire feedthrough in a through hole. |
