Composition (Q) comprises at least one mercaptosilane (I); at least one polysilane (II); at least one aromatic secondary aminosilane (III); and at least one organo-titanium compound (IV). An independent claim is included for adhering or sealing two substrates (S1) and (S2) comprising (a) applying (Q) on a first substrate (S1); (b) applying an adhesive or sealant on the vented applied composition; and (c) contacting the adhesive or sealant with the second substrate (S2); or (a1) applying (Q) on the first substrate (S1), (b1) applying the adhesive or sealant on the second substrate (S2), and contacting the adhesive or sealant with the vented composition, which contains the substrate (S1); or (a2) applying (Q) on the first substrate (S1), (b2) applying the adhesive or sealant on the first substrate (S1) and second substrate (S2), on which (Q) is applied and (c2) contacting the applied adhesive or sealant with the substrate parts to the adhesive or sealant composite; or (a3) applying (Q) on the first substrate (S1), (b3) areating (Q) and (c3) applying the adhesive or sealant between the surface of the substrates (S1) and (S2), where the materials of the substrates (S2) and (S1) are different.
