The communication device comprises a transmitter for generating a first and a second analog signal according to an input signal and a receiver including a first capacitor having one end in which the first analog signal is inputted and a second capacitor having one end in which the second analog signal is inputted. The receiver consistently controls a first reference signal electrically connected to the other end of the first capacitor and a second reference signal electrically connected to the other end of the second capacitor and generates an output signal by comparing a first pulse signal generated in the other end of the first capacitor and a second pulse signal generated in the other end of the second capacitor with the first and the second reference signal, respectively.</p>
