<p>Streptococcus iniae is a cause of infection of a streptococcal disease of a fish with a great economical value as a cultured fish such as a yellow tail, a parrot fish, a Sebastes schlegeli, a flatfish, etc. The range of a host is wide and the infection is strong, so damage caused thereby becomes a big problem. The existing detection of an infection source of streptococcal disease is based on a cultivation method, and a conventional inspection method should be improved since the analysis time is longer and the inspection results are different according to a skill of experimenters. To solve the problem, the present invention has an effect for allowing an unskilled experimenter to confirm a source of infection easily and accurately by designing a primer and a probe specific to Streptococcus iniae and using a real-time amplification method; and obtaining an objective inspection result since a specific determination standard is set by digitizing a result of an experiment.</p> |
