摘要 Disclosed are a system and method for expecting annual energy consumption amount and a construction cost of an automatic control system for generating control data to operate a blind installed in a random area. The location information of an area for installing the blind and an operating restriction condition are received through an input unit. A control unit calculates external environment information including solar altitude, azimuth, sunrise time, or sunset time and generates the height data of the blind which changes according to the operation restriction condition to display the high data on a display unit. The control unit sets a blind control period and a high blind control level through the input unit. The control unit displays the height change of the blind on the display unit by applying the blind control period and the blind height control level to the operation restriction condition. The control unit generates annual operation data including the annual blind control number and the open and close ratio of the blind and displays the annual power consumption amount on the display unit by calculating the annual power consumption amount from the annual operation data. The present invention provides the control data of an automatic blind control system for automatically controlling the blind applied to an apartment or a building and constructs an economical and automatic blind control system by providing the automatic control system construction cost in advance.
