SOLUTION: An analyzing device intended to vary the concentration of a second component by causing by the use of a catalyst a first component, which is the object of measurement in fluid, to react comprises a sample flow channel 10, a sample measuring gauge 20 that is connected to the terminal end of the sample flow channel 10 and measures the concentration of the second component, a sub-channel 13 whose initial end and terminal end are connected to the sample flow channel 10, a catalyst 30 connected to the sub-channel 13 or between connecting parts of the sub-channel 13 on the sample flow channel 10, and a flow control mechanism 40 that returns part of the fluid via the sub-channel 13 from the downstream connecting part to the upstream connecting part of the sample flow channel 10 out of the connecting parts of the sub-channel 13 and the sample flow channel 10.
