PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new amyloidβaggregate-binding peptide, an inspection method of amyloidoses using the new amyloidβaggregate-binding peptide, and a screening method of the amyloidβaggregate-binding peptide. SOLUTION: The new amyloidβaggregate-binding peptide is obtained by screening a group of candidate peptides comprising peptides labeled with a fluorescent substance. The new amyloidβaggregate-binding peptide exhibits excellent binding properties to an amyloidβaggregate and therefore can be employed for analysis of an amyloidβaggregate, inspection of diseases related with an amyloidβaggregate (amyloidoses), and the like.
