<p>The device has housing (2) having treatment tools (3,4) having rotationally symmetrical shape which are arranged coaxial to each other. The tooth spaces (7) in which the fiber radially flows through, are formed between several annular series of teeth (5,6) concentric to the center. The annular clearances (8) are formed between the tooth series so that the one row of series of tooth of treatment tools is provided into the other, by which the complementary treatment tools extend. The tooth spaces comprise projections (9) which extend beyond the tooth base (11).</p> |
