The present invention relates to a solar heat collecting system which is installed on a double or multiple glass wall of a building in a horizontal type or a vertical type according to an installation position, including: a heat collection pipe through which heat transfer oil or water circulates, and which absorbs solar heat to directly exchange heat with the heat transfer oil or water; a frame connected to the heat collecting pipe and having a transfer circulating part through which the heat transfer oil or water heat-exchanged in the heat collecting pipe circulates; a reflective mirror provided on the outer peripheral surface of the heat collecting pipe to reflect the solar heat and thus improve the heat collection efficiency of the heat collecting pipe; a connector for connecting the heat collecting pipe and the transfer circulating part and supporting rotation of the reflective mirror; a rotation unit provided at a lower end of the connector to rotate the reflective mirror by a predetermined angle; and a control system which adjusts the angle of the rotation unit and controls the supply or recovery of a heat-exchanged medium to or from a destination.
