The present invention relates to a freshwater eel holding method. The freshwater eel holding method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps of: (a) storing tap water in a water tank; (b) injecting air into the water tank with a blower; (c) putting salt into the tap water; (d) putting a bacteria remover and a water neutralizer into the tap water; (e) making first water like groundwater and seawater while circulating the tap water with a circulation motor; (f) putting and storing the first water stored in the water tank in a holding tank which holds freshwater eels; (g) putting freshwater eels into the holding tank; (h) drain first water from the holding tank and putting first water again as much as the amount of the drained water; and (i) circulating and filtering the first water, which is stored in the holding tank, for 24 hours. Thereby an efficient supply of freshwater eels is possible since the freshwater eels can be easily held even in an area where groundwater cannot be easily obtained by enabling the freshwater eels to be held in tap water for 2-3 months. |
