The present invention relates to a medium composition for inducing adventitous roots of Platycodon grandiflorum, and more specifically, to a medium for inducing adventitous roots of plants, which is characterized in comprising plant growth regulators, inorganic nutrients, a carbon source, vitamin and colloidal materials. If Platycodon grandiflorum explants are cultivated with the medium for inducing adventitous roots of Platycodon grandiflorum according to the present invention, more adventitous roots are formed compared to the existing composition. Accordingly, Playtocodon grandiflorum having various physiological active substances can be mass-produced and supplied. |
