The present invention relates to a device for preventing rockfall installed on the roadside to block the rockfall fallen from a surrounding slope to the road. The device for preventing rockfall comprises: a plurality of support members installed to be spaced apart from each other and extended in the vertical direction; a plurality of fixing wires extended through the support members and installed to be spaced in the vertical direction; a rockfall prevention net supported by the support member or fixing wires to block the rockfall; and a tension maintenance unit installed in the fixing wire to apply a pre-tension in order for the fixing wire to maintain a certain amount of tension. |
