The present invention relates to an apparatus for creating water and supplying drinking water using a hydrogen fuel cell and a dehumidifier with a thermoelectric semiconductor powered by electric energy which is generated by the hydrogen fuel cell, which can create water using the hydrogen fuel cell and the thermoelectric semiconductor, thereby creating water in a poor environment where water is scarce or it is difficult to get water and using the created water as drinking water. The hydrogen fuel cell (10) is provided to generate electricity while conducting the reverse reaction of electrolysis of water through an electrolyte membrane (13) and to create water by such chemical reactions, when air containing oxygen is supplied to a cathode (12) and fuel containing hydrogen is supplied to an anode (11). A water collecting passage (25) is arranged on one side of the hydrogen fuel cell (10) to collect the created water. In addition, the dehumidifier (20) includes the thermoelectric semiconductor (21), a cold block (22), a heat dissipation plate (23) and a cooling fan (24). The thermoelectric semiconductor (21) is configured to be connected to the hydrogen fuel cell to be powered by electric energy which is generated by the hydrogen fuel cell. The cold block (22) is arranged on one side of the thermoelectric semiconductor (21), and includes a plurality of upright pins to be humid on the surface of the cold block. The heat dissipation plate (23) and the cooling fan (24) are arranged on the other side of the cold block (22) to be sequentially attached to the thermoelectric semiconductor (21) to be fixed thereto. The water collecting passage (25) is arranged even on the dehumidifier (20) to collect moisture condensed on the surface of the cold block (22). Therefore, water is created by the hydrogen fuel cell and the dehumidifier simultaneously or selectively. The created water is collected by a water collecting container (30). A water purifying device (40) purifies the water collected by the water collecting container (30) such that the collected water becomes drinking water which is easy to drink. |
