The present invention relates to an antifungal composition comprising an extract of Amorpha fruticosa and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention can be used to development of a plant disease controlling agent of an antibacterial activity biological resource. The antifungal composition of the present invention is harmless to human bodies since the composition is derived from natural materials, does not generates environmental pollution and exhibits plant disease controlling activity against fungal plant diseases such as barley powdery mildew, puccinia recondite, late blight of tomato, gray mold in tomato seedlings and the like, thereby being able to usefully applied to the development of an environmentally friendly natural germicides and production of high value organic agricultural products.
