The present invention relates to a production method of tea drink using Crepidiastrum sonchifolium Max which minimizes the unique bitter taste of the Crepidiastrum sonchifolium Max by processing, offers large amount of phenol compounds an active components, and provides excellent DPPH radical and nitrite scavenging abilities. The production method of the tea drink using the Crepidiastrum sonchifolium Max comprises the following steps: processing the Crepidiastrum sonchifolium Max with steam; drying the steamed Crepidiastrum sonchifolium Max, and roasting; mixing the roasted Crepidiastrum sonchifolium Max with water in a predetermined ratio, and extracting the Crepidiastrum sonchifolium Max at a predetermined temperature and in the predetermined time. |
