1. A magnetic resonance-compatible component, comprising:
a component body configured to form a part of a magnetic resonance image data acquisition apparatus in which a static, homogeneous, multi-Tesla magnetic field is generated; and said component body comprising a mixture of non-recycled glass fiber-containing plastic material and recycled glass fiber-containing plastic material that substantially precludes said part from producing a susceptibility artifact in an image reconstructed from magnetic resonance image data acquired with said magnetic resonance image data acquisition apparatus. |
