A portable terminal including a cooling structure using a penetration hole and a block is provided to cool heat generated in an electrical component having many generation of heat without increasing the volume of the portable terminal. One or more integrated circuit chip(2110) is adhered to a printed circuit board(2100). A partition is adhered on a printed circuit board. The partition comprises through-hole(2210). A block comprises the IC chip. And the block is segmented by partition. The portable terminal including a cooling structure cools heat generated in the electrical component. |
