The invention provides a combination comprising as components: (a) at least one 3-(3-Dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl)-phenol of formula (I), (see formula I) an enantiomer thereof, a diastereomer thereof, a racemate thereof, a mixture of enantiomers thereof, a mixture of diastereomers thereof, an acid addition salt thereof or a solvate thereof; and (b) one or more non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) selected from the group consisting of Diclofenac, Diclofenac-Sodium, Dipyrone (Metamizol), Metamizol-Sodium, Ibuprofen, Ketoprofen, (+)-Ibuprofen and (-)-Ibuprofen. |
