The present invention relates to a plastic electric dust collector. According to the present invention, the plastic electric dust collector comprises: a body whereby an exhaust gas is fed; a discharging unit which electrically charges the microparticles of an exhaust gas by means of an applied voltage by including a discharging unit body made of plastic material and installed in the body in order to be separated therefrom, and a discharging projection discharged to protrude from the discharging unit body and separated along the length direction of the discharging unit body so as to be coupled in order to be capable of being attached and detached; a dust collecting unit made of plastic material, arranged in turns with the discharging unit by having a surface treated through any one of sand blasting and nanoparticle coating in order to be hydrophilic, and having a water film formed on the surface; and a water film generating unit which generates a water film by spraying a liquid onto the surface of the dust collecting unit. When the discharging unit is discharged, an electric field is formed between the discharging unit and the water film such that microparticles which are charged on the water film can be collected. The dust collecting unit and discharging unit are made of plastic material such that the collecting unit and discharging unit are not even ionized by high heat which is generated during high voltage application and are not corroded by microparticles even when used for a long time. The discharging projection formed in the discharging unit is produced in order to be capable of being attached and detached such that servicing and maintenance can be conveniently performed.
