A pixel circuit includes: a switch transistor whose conduction state is controlled by a driving signal supplied to a control terminal; a driving wire to which the driving signal is transmitted; and a data wire to which a data signal is transmitted. The driving wire is formed on a first wire layer and is connected to the control terminal of the switch transistor. The data wire is formed on a second wire layer and is connected to a first terminal of the switch transistor. A multilayer wire structure to form a second wire layer on a layer which is different from the first wire layer is used. |
