A notice system for checking a position and a control method thereof are provided to enable parents to check whether a son or a daughter reaches to a specific facility or a specific position. When manipulation of a specific key button is sensed, a local area network terminal device(100) produces a communication channel with a terminal detecting apparatus(200) through a local area network. The local area network terminal device transmits a terminal checking signal including terminal information through the communication channel. The terminal detecting apparatus is installed in a predetermined place. The terminal detecting apparatus transmits a terminal detecting signal including the terminal information to a message transmitting server(300) according to the terminal checking signal. |
