A compound of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. wherein, R1 represents hydrogen or —CH3; R2 represents carbocycle, substituted carbocycle, aryl, substituted aryl, acyloxy, C1-6 alkoxy, substituted C1-6 alkoxy, C3-5 alkenyloxy, substituted C3-5 alkenyloxy, C3-5 alkynyloxy, substituted C3-5 alkynyloxy, aryloxy, substituted aryloxy, heteroaryloxy, heteroaryloxy substituted with alkoxy or halogen, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, heterocycloalkyl, substituted heterocycloalkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkenyl substituted with alkoxy or halogen, C2-6 alkynyl, C2-6 alkynyl substituted with alkoxy or halogen, —(CH2)p—C3-6 carbocycle, —(CH2)p—C3-6 carbocycle substituted with alkoxy or halogen, or —(CH2)q—R′, and R′ being phenyl, furanyl, benzofuranyl, thienyl, benzothienyl, pyridinyl, pyridiminyl, pyrazinyl, pyridizinyl, tetrahydrofuranyl, tetrahydropyranyl, dioxanyl, 1,4-benzodioxanyl, or benzo[1,3]dioxolyl, each of which being optionally substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkyl having one to three fluorine substituents, C1-3 alkoxy and C1-3 alkoxy having one to three fluorine substituents, C1-3 alkoxy or C1-3 alkoxy having one to three fluorine substituents, and p and q being independently 1 or 2; R3 represents hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl, substituted C1-4 alkyl, C3-7 carbocycle, substituted C3-7 carbocycle, aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, heterocycloalkyl, or substituted heterocycloalkyl; R4 represents hydrogen or C1-3 alkyl; R5 and R6 are each independently halogen, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkoxy, cyano, monofluoromethyl, difluoromethyl, or trifluoromethyl, or R5 and R6, together with the aryl ring to which they are bonded, form a 5- to 7-membered saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic ring, aryl ring, or aryl ring substituted with one or more C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkoxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl, or cyano; R7 represents hydrogen or C1-3 alkyl; when l=1, m=0 or l=0, m=1, X is —CH2—; when l=1 or 2, m=1 or 2 and both of l and m are not 2, X is —CH2— or —CHOH—; Y is —N═ or with the proviso that when Y is —N═, R5 or R6 cannot be connected to Y; and n is 1 or 2. |
