The present invention relates to a waste heat recovery apparatus for flue to recover waste heat which is discharged to the atmosphere through a chimney of a boiler. The waste heat recovery apparatus for flue according to the present invention is configured to be comprise a plurality of double tubes (100) which are stacked inside the chimney (300) by being connected in a flange joint way; and a disc-shaped packing (200) which are arranged between a flange disk (130) of any one of the double tubes (100) and the flange disk (130) of the double tube (100) connected to the flange disk (130) thereof, wherein the double tube (100) consists of an outer tube (110) and inner tube (120). |
