<p>An objective of the present invention is to provide a motor control device having high efficiency by reducing noise caused by resonance between a fan and a rotor. In order to accomplish the above object, the motor control device includes: an inverter connected with a DC power source to convert DC power of the DC power source into variable voltage variable frequency AC power and control a three phase motor; a vector controller for calculating voltage to be applied to the three phase motor for rotation-driving a load; a high-order component generating unit for calculating a high-order component of a basic wave of the voltage applied by the vector controller; a voltage adder for adding the high-order component, which is calculated by the high-order component generating unit, to the voltage calculated by the vector controller; and a PWM pulse generating unit for pulse width-controlling the inverter based on the signal of the voltage adder. In relation to a resonance sound generated by the three phase motor and the load, the high-order component generating unit calculates the high-order component, which is expressed as a resonance frequency or a motor frequency of the resonance sound, and the voltage adder adds the high-order component to the applied voltage to reduce the resonance sound.</p> |
