A boom lifting apparatus (9), which lifts a boom (4) which is supported on a working car (90) by a cantilever, includes: a lifting rod (3) which is installed to be lifted on the working car (90); a rolling rod (5) which is rotationally installed on the lifting rod (3) in a rolling direction and supports a boom (4) with the cantilever; a first lifting actuator (30) which actuates an end of the rolling rod (5) in a vertical direction against the working car (90); and a second lifting actuator (40) which drives the other end of the rolling rod (5) in the vertical direction against the working car (90). The boon (4) is driven in the vertical direction or the rolling direction by the first lifting actuator (30) and the second lifting actuator (40).
