sterile frozen hydrogen oxide having a height to width ratio of greater than or equal to 1.5:1 wherein the frozen hydrogen oxide piercing implement consists essentially of frozen ice and at least one agent, and includes at least one substantially hydrophilic channel; and wherein the implement is attached to a support structure. |
