Disclosed is a semi-submersible maritime structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the semi-submersible maritime structure includes a platform having work equipment on the top; multiple columns arranged to be mutually separated while supporting the bottom of the platform; multiple pontoons coupled to the bottom of the columns to provide buoyancy; and multiple wave power generators respectively installed on the columns on the inner side surfaces facing the neighboring columns.
