The cell phone including the negative ions generation function according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises; a power control unit for controlling the supply of necessary power to generate negative ions when the voice of a user, a reception bell, or vibration sound from the cell phone call reception is sensed and a negative ions generation unit for generating negative ions when power is supplied from the power control unit.
