According to an embodiment, a repairing material contains crushed stone, a urethane liquid to be mixed to the crushed stone, and a hardening material to be mixed to the urethane liquid for foaming the urethane liquid. The urethane liquid and the hardening material are sintered and hardened by reacting with each other, and fill gaps of the crushed stone so that the strength can be improved. The mixing ratio of the crushed stone can be determined according to the mixing ratio of the urethane liquid and the hardening material.
