Disclosed are a cap assembly for a cell culture and a container for a cell culture having the same. According to the present invention, the cap assembly for a cell culture comprises a reactor cap formed to be able to open or close the upper part of a body having an inner space and upwardly opened, combined with the body, and having multiple vents penetrated along an arc whose center is a rotation shaft; and a dial combined with the reactor cap to be able to rotate based on the rotation shaft, and having an open window penetrated in one side. The cap assembly for a cell culture is characterized that the vent and the open window are dislocated or overlapped according to rotation of the dial in the reactor cap. According to the present invention, the necessary amount of oxygen can be adjusted quickly and safely without additional materials by adjusting opening or closing of multiple vents formed in the reactor cap by rotating the dial combined with the reactor cap. |
