<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a hot rolled coil spring. The objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for manufacturing a hot rolled coil spring, which can manufacture a coil spring having various shapes and coil diameters by using a number of rollers without using a mandrel, in manufacturing the hot rolled coil spring. For this, the apparatus of the present invention includes: a center roller rotating by receiving a rotary force generated in a driving part; a feeding roller which is arranged adjacently to the center roller to have an outer circumference facing an outer circumference of the center roller, and has a structure moving in a direction being close to or apart from the center roller by a first position adjustment unit prepared in a body, and transports wire rods together with the center roller by being rotated by receiving the rotary force generated in the driving part; more than one molding roller for processing the wire rod transported by the rotation of the center roller and the feeding roller into a coil type; and a pitch forming unit which is arranged adjacently to the molding roller in order to contact the rod wire processed in the coil type, and gives a pitch to the rod wire wound in the coil type by pushing a side of the rod wire which is processed in the coil type by the molding roller.</p> |
