<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a palladium-indium alloy for dental casting via a continuous casting process is provided to obtain the uniformity of molten steel by increasing a stirring force inside a crucible and to obtain the palladium-indium alloy without defects such as casting segregation and internal impurities. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a palladium-indium alloy for dental casting via a continuous casting process includes the following steps of: inputting a palladium-indium alloy material into a crucible; forming the molten steel made of the palladium-indium alloy with a high frequency vacuum melting mode; moving the molten steel downwardly to a nozzle inside a nozzle housing unit joined to the lower part of the crucible by using a dummy bar; and continuously withdrawing solidified palladium-indium alloy strips downwardly.
