The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a construction block that can increase easiness in work and economic feasibility by reducing the weight of a fastener for fastening the construction blocks and connecting the construction blocks by fastening with a belt. The apparatus is configured to have construction blocks constructed on four sides to protect the ground of an inclined plane, the fastener buried under the ground and located apart from the rear of the construction block, the fastener connected to the construction block to fix the construction block, wherein a belt hanger is formed on the rear plane of the construction block, the fastener is formed of a board, one end of the belt is inserted and fixed into the belt hanger of the construction block, the belt extending to the fastener is located to contact and wrap around the outer side of the fastener, and the other end of the belt is inserted and fixed into the belt hanger of a neighboring construction block. |
