The present invention relates to an outside air compensation operator of a desiccant cooling system for the district cooling of an apartment building, and, in particular, to an outside air compensation operator of a desiccant cooling system of an apartment building, which comprises a first temperature sensor measuring the dry-bulb temperature of outside air; a humidity sensor measuring the relative humidity of outside air; a second temperature sensor measuring the temperature of supplied hot water discharged from a heat exchanger; a temperature control valve controlling the flow of supplied hot water discharged from the heat exchanger according to the external control; a circulation pump installed on a hot water return pipe of each house and changing the circulating amount of hot water according to the external control; and a temperature controller calculating the absolute humidity of outside air with the relative humidity of outside air input from the humidity sensor, calculating a set temperature of hot water by using the calculated absolute humidity of outside air and the dry-bulb temperature of outside air, comparing the set temperature of hot water and the supplied hot water temperature input from the second temperature sensor, and controlling the opening degree of the temperature control valve and the rotation number of the circulation pump according to the comparison results. According to the present invention, the temperature control valve and the operation of the circulation pump is controlled according to the temperature and the humidity of outside air to control the temperature of hot water so as to supply hot water at an optimal temperature, which improves the efficiency and reduces the energy. |
