A panel cutting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first conveyor part and a second conveyor part arranged at intervals on an installation stand in a first direction, which is the transferring direction of a panel, and including a belt moving by rotating while wound around a plurality of rotating bodies with the panel put thereon; a scribing unit installed in the interval to scribe the panel; and a dancer rotary body unit including at least a pair of a first rotary body and a second rotary body installed between an upstream-side second conveyor part corresponding to the upstream side of the second conveyor part in the first direction and a downstream-side second conveyor part corresponding to the downstream side thereof, wherein the first rotary body is placed at the outer side of the belt of the second conveyor part, the second rotary body is place at the inner side of the belt of the second conveyor part, and the first rotary body and the second rotary body are formed to move in the opposite directions of a second direction perpendicular to the first direction so that the upstream-side second conveyor part and the downstream-side second conveyor part, which are formed to be integrated, can be in different operation states. |
