The present invention relates to a battery cell tap connecting device and a battery module using the same and, more specifically, provides a battery cell tap connecting device capable of connection between a cell arranged in a stacked form and a battery cell tap of the cell by using a device of fixing the battery cell tap; and a battery module using the same.
