<p>The present invention relates to a simulation method for service prototyping based on user experiences, capable of modeling a service by taking sensation and cognitive behavior into consideration and a user in order to efficiently design the service. More particularly, the present invention relates to a simulation method for service prototyping based on user experiences having a restoring function and a simulation result analysis function for 2D/3D visualization, which models basic characteristics of a service using a discrete event systems specification (DEVS) model (atom, coupling), performs simulation by additionally reflecting user experience information such as sensation, cognition, and behavior of a user to the model, and visualizes the simulation process in 2D/3D to rapidly determine a result with respect to a service design.</p> |
