The present invention relates to high concentration collagen and a preparing method thereof. For the forementioned, the present invention concentrates liquid collagen at a high concentration using a tangential flow filtration (TFF), a centrifuge, and a lyophilizer in order to use the liquid collagen as a medical material. The present invention which is composed like the forementioned is able to prepare collagen in various concentrations in order to use the collagen as a medical material and enables the highly concentrated collagen to have improved performance on a corresponding purpose and to be easily stored in comparison with low concentration collagen, thereby enabling customers to have a good image on the collagen by satisfying various needs of the customers by improving the quality and reliability of a product.
