<p>Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a touch panel sensor which is arranged on the upper part of a display and detects a touch point of a target object. The manufacturing method of a touch panel sensor forms an electrode pattern on an insulating substrate by using a metal fiber solution. The method also includes the steps of: forming a repellent pattern which has repellant properties to the metal fiber solution and reversely corresponds to a pattern space for the electrode pattern on the insulating substrate; coating the insulating substrate which has the repellent pattern with the metal fiber solution; maintaining the metal fiber solution incompatible with the repellent pattern in the pattern space; forming the electrode pattern by using the metal fiber solution remaining in the pattern space.</p> |
