The invention relates to a screw press, comprising a frame (7) on which a motor is mounted, a pressing screw (1) being mounted on an output shaft of the motor. Said pressing screw (1) has an upper part, which is a cutting part (2), and a lower part, which is a pressing part (4), and said cutting part (2) is formed by a plurality of cutting blades which axially form a plurality of levels. According to the invention, this advantageously results in said cutting part (2) of the pressing screw (1) being formed by a plurality of cutting blades which axially form a plurality of levels for cutting foodstuffs into portions, so as to effectively prevent the foodstuffs from being able to block the pressing screw (1) and to improve the operational effectiveness. |
