The present invention relates to a valve to prevent backflow by changing the shape and the position of a valve which discharges a fluid, and a battery case comprising the same. According to the present invention, a valve to prevent backflow includes: a first valve; a connection pipe connected to the first valve and has at least one bent part; and a second valve connected to the connection pipe. The lowermost surface of the second valve is lower than the lowermost surface of the first valve. |
