Suction cup fixing pieces to fix the suction cups to the frame is bent so that the suction cups can be assembled to the frame by sliding. A banner advertisement board is attached to a glass window to be detachable and indoor (interior) and outdoor (exterior) advertising is possible at the same time with easy Installation. Uniform lighting at the front and the back is possible without using a light guide plate by dispersion of light as light is emitted from the lateral surface.
